The Tech Support Team Lead takes responsibility for developing and maintaining application and technical support for customers across multiple platforms. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing processes, procedures and service agreements, evaluating employee performance, training and coaching team members, and resolving difficult customer issues. In addition, you will build, oversee and maintain relationships with vendors, and help in the development of new products and services.
You will need to have excellent organizational skills and be highly adaptable to the ever-changing fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be expected to communicate and coordinate with departments throughout the organization. Experience with troubleshooting, technical support, and systems engineering is preferred.
