Responsibilities
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Work closely with hiring managers, become their trusted recruitment partner, provide advice and guidance in all of the recruitment aspects.
  • Managing ongoing communication with candidates and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct in-depth HR interviews phone and F2F interviews
  • Think outside the box and be creative to always find new channels and sources
  • Sourcing using diverse online channels to attract the best potential talents
  • Play a major role in achieving the companys growth and goals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in technology recruitment, with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, HR and Recruiting communities, etc. – MUST
  • Vast experience in leading E2E hiring process
  • Experience in conducting in-deep phone interviews for R&D positions
  • Proven sourcing skills with recruiting via social media platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub and more
  • vast experience in sourcing including building new and creative sourcing strategies.
  • High level of English – written and verbal.
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Multi-tasking abilities and desire to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative, friendly, and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive, and can-do approach.
