What’s the Job? Requirements
- Manage core SEO Team specialists while developing their strategies and tactics to improve organic search performance and business metrics.
- Work with product, development and marketing teams to ensure correct implementation of SEO recommendations and best practices.
- Act as a leader, role-model and mentor for the SEO team.
- Adopt new technologies and strategies in SEO, to facilitate broadening the knowledge of the SEO team and Growth department.
- Measure and communicate the impact of new initiatives with relevant stakeholders.
- Report to director of “insert title”
- Manage the SEO of multi-million dollar online assets.
- 2+ years SEO lead experience at an international e-commerce/online company.
- 5+ years hands-on SEO experience
- Up to date on latest best practices, major algorithm updates, and SEO trends.
- An analytical marketer who can leveraging large data sets to identify insights and to drive strategy.
- Experience with the web development process.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS as they relate to SEO.
- A proven team leader with excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical understanding.
- Experience in the iGaming industry – an advantage
