Expoint is looking for a passionate and driven individual to take a senior position for an innovative CRM program. Our Product Manager will work with both internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for managing the entire product life cycle from concept through to development and launch. The successful candidate will be working with stakeholders at all levels, including client accounts, developers, designers and business analysts, to ensure that the customer experience is one of the best in the industry. Certain tasks will include creating a product specification document and other customer-facing documentation, developing a product roadmap, helping to launch to market and gathering feedback from stakeholders in order to recommend the appropriate course of action. We’re looking for an experienced product manager with experience in the Israel tech industry. The ideal candidate has a highly customer-centric approach with the ability to negotiate, mediate and support stakeholders through the life-cycle. A successful candidate should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, familiarity with customer service policies, CRM systems and agile methodology, and an organized and analytical approach to strategy.
