Details
Responsibilities
- Working closely with product and R&D on the design and execution of monetization elements
- Leading the integration of all monetization platforms (GAM, pre-bid, native ads, video, etc..)
- Managing day to day relationships with demand partners and advertisers
- Leading new monetization initiatives
- Hands on management of all monetization platforms
- Monitoring all performance KPIs
- Leading monetization related AB testing (demand, features, platforms, ad units, etc..)
- Exceeding monetization goals
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in programmatic Display and Video
- Mobile – web and in-app monetization experience
- In depth knowledge of GAM, PMPs and header bidding
- Experience with the major SSPs
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Ability to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Technical orientation
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Excellent level of English
