• Work closely with the product management, design, and customer experience teams to gather product feedback and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the product life cycle

• Create impactful marketing materials, including product videos, website content, emails, and blog posts, that effectively communicate the value and benefits of Elementor’s product to increase awareness and adoption
• Plan and execute the successful launch of the new product, including coordinating marketing activities, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting strategies as needed. Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Improve user journeys to increase customer acquisition, conversion, and engagement rates

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences and channels
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Have experience creating high-end marketing collateral across multiple channels
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Possess a high degree of design aesthetics, and can guide other stakeholders towards the best results
• Have strong proven analytical skills, are data-driven, and are familiar with A/B testing
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with targeting SMB/mid-market is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with WordPress and Elementor - an advantage

• Build and own the monetization strategy and vision for our live games with millions of users.
• Plan, create, and implement day-to-day in-game events and promotions to drive growth in key business KPIs.
• Lead the execution of A/B tests on different game features and ad implementations to improve game performance.
• Analyze market trends and transform data findings into actionable recommendations that generate higher monetization performance.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Game Design, Game Economy, and Business Analyst, to ensure our vision is fully executed.

• Proven experience in a Product Manager role within the gaming industry.
• A deep understanding of the mobile gaming market, including knowledge of trends and player behavior.
• Strong analytical skills with a methodological approach to data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience working with software development teams using an Agile methodology.

• Manage and optimize our affiliate program: Evaluate our existing affiliate activities and campaigns. Identify possible solutions and propose improvements to achieve the best results.
• Implement strategies to attract both newbie affiliates and top industry affiliates (influencers). You’ll need to find them, recruit them, and get them to promote our brand.
• Handle influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision.
• Foster affiliate relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve potential issues. Collaborate with affiliates to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with our brand and goals.
• Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and revenue generated. Report on the results of affiliate initiatives to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Payment management: Coordinate the timely and accurate payment of affiliate commissions, ensuring transparency and accuracy in the payment process.

• 3+ years of experience as an affiliate manager or in a related field
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing affiliate programs, preferably in the software or digital marketing industry
• Ability to effectively communicate with affiliates and senior management and collaborate with other department members to convey information and resolve issues
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting affiliate performance data
• Ability to identify trends, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and growth
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding affiliate program goals and targets with a proactive, results-oriented mindset that drives affiliate performance and revenue growth
