About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Orca’s Data & AI Security product offerings – including Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), and a broad AI Security portfolio covering AI Security Posture Management, AI Bill of Materials (AIBOM), model protection, and runtime safeguards, as well as related detection and prevention capabilities.
This is a high impact, cross domain role at the intersection of data protection, cloud security, and emerging AI technologies. You’ll define and execute the strategy for how Orca detects, classifies, and protects sensitive data and AI assets across the cloud – from code to runtime.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, research and analyst teams, sales engineering, and customer success to turn complex data and AI security challenges into simple, actionable solutions that scale across enterprises.
The role is based in Israel, working closely with a remote engineering team in London and reporting to an Israeli manager based in the US.


Product Strategy & Execution
  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Orca’s Data & AI Security products.
  • Define how Orca helps organizations discover, classify, and protect sensitive data and AI assets across cloud and SaaS environments.
  • Drive the evolution of AI Security capabilities, including AI asset discovery, AISPM, AIBOM (AI Bill of Materials), model protection, data lineage visibility, and prompt/response risk prevention.
  • Identify and prioritize key product initiatives across detection accuracy, automation, and coverage.
  • Establish clear success metrics to measure product adoption, precision, and customer value.
Collaboration & Delivery
  • Partner with cross-functional teams – engineering (London), research and analyst, sales engineering, customer success, design, and marketing – to deliver best-in-class features on time.
  • Translate technical and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI, AI governance frameworks) into clear product specifications.
