  • Executing Cognyte’s growth strategy through defining partnerships and customers in specific verticals and domains owning a sales quota per relevant region and domain – building and executing a sales plan to meet and exceed the targets
  • Collaborating with leading regional and global partners to drive strategic initiatives, build lasting relationships, and augment the pipeline
  • Working with system integrators and strategy consultants to identify new business opportunities and drive market demand
  • Work internally to continuously enhance the product offering based on information from the field

For that mission you’ll need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in software sales positions, preferably in the Governmental and Enterprise sectors. Focus on Law Enforcement Agencies
  • Experience in working in Law Enforcement Agencies as a user of investigation systems – a major advantage
  • Italian citizenship, Native Italian speaker, and good communication in English
  • Experience and skill set in partners’ development & management, business analysis, relationship building, business development
  • Experience working with System integrators is a must.
  • Experience working in the big data, analytics ecosystem
  • Proven experience in this field and proven ability to manage complex relationships and nurture them to success
  • Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment and drive processes internally

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, its unique value proposition, and target customer segments. Craft compelling positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the product's benefits and differentiation in the market
  • Develop and communicate Elementor’s value proposition through marketing materials, web pages, emails, product screens, and more, to drive feature adoption, success and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that maximize awareness and user acquisition of the product.
  • Leverage customer research, feedback, and market intelligence to develop accurate customer segments and identify key customer pain points, needs, and preferences. Align marketing initiatives to address these insights and create compelling customer experiences
  • Create impactful marketing materials, including product videos, website content, emails, and blog posts, that effectively communicate the value and benefits of Elementor’s product to increase awareness and adoption
  • Plan and execute the successful launch of the new product, including coordinating marketing activities, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting strategies as needed. Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Improve user journeys to increase customer acquisition, conversion, and engagement rates
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences and channels
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Have experience creating high-end marketing collateral across multiple channels
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Possess a high degree of design aesthetics, and can guide other stakeholders towards the best results
  • Have strong proven analytical skills, are data-driven, and are familiar with A/B testing
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • 2+ years of experience working in a SaaS company that delivered a multi-tenant offering via Continuous Delivery (CD) practices.
