Your Impact

• End-to-end backend development of features and core components across their entire life cycle (design, develop, test, deploy, maintain)
• Collaborate with peers across different teams and disciplines to shape solutions and integrate with other parts of the product
• Work with customers and provide solutions to their day-to-day work and challenges
• Contribute to team-wide efforts - code reviews, design reviews, technical and architectural decisions

Your Experience

• BS in Computer Science, equivalent knowledge, or equivalent military experience

• 8+ years of software engineering experience - Must
• Experienced with a variety of database technologies (RDBMS / NoSQL)
• Experience in distributed cloud products and architecture
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining high scale server-side application
• Experience in Python / Go - an advantage
• Experience with GCP - advantage
• Experience with Kubernetes/Docker - advantage
• Knowledge of the cyber field - advantage

Whatyou'll be doing:

• Algo Research and implementation in the fields of Computer vision, Machine learning and Deconvolution of 3D structures
• Develop statistical models including error bounds

What you should have?

• Experience in Computer Vision: Registration and segmentation
• Experience in signal processing and estimation theory: Statistical modeling, Maximum likelihood, etc.
• Experience in Machine Learning: Error bounds, algorithms and optimizations
• Experience in SEM imaging: an advantage

What you'll be doing:

• Understanding classical, computer vision and machine learning / deep learning algorithms for image analysis, image registration, pattern recognition, anomaly detection andclassification.
• Prototyping algorithms approach solving complex problems and drive integration of new algo solutions to product.
• Develop and implement algorithms, support the software team in integration and evaluation.
• Algorithm optimization to reduce computational cost and influence hardware requirements.

What should you have?

• Master’s / Research background- Qualification preferred – Image/ Signal Processing, Computer Vison, Deep Learning
• 10+ years of experience
• Strong background in computer vision, image processing, anomaly detection - must.
• DL experience - advantage
• Expertise in C/C++, Python, and working experience with Pytorch or similar framework
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working in the Semiconductor industry – an advantage.

Your Impact

• Ensure customers maximize their return on investment by guiding onboarding, driving adoption, and fostering satisfaction and advocacy.

• Ensure customers are measurably satisfied with the service and proactively communicate refresh needs and available options.

• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, and partners to maximize adoption and business value.

• Serve as the first line of defense in customer support, coordinating with engineering teams for timely resolution of issues and becoming a Subject Matter Expert over time.

• Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding service offerings, updates, events, and act as the primary point of contact for feedback.

• Advocate for customers internally to influence product roadmap, service improvements, and best practices.

• Ensure continual communication with customers on Unit 42 messaging, current and offerings updates, events, main points contact within Unit 42, and touchpoint for all feedback from our customers

• Manage performance metrics including CSAT, renewal rate, referenceability, adoption, consumption, and customer engagement. Identify renewal risks and work with internal teams to remediate.

• Identify risks to customers achieving their business goals and collaborate with account teams to build mitigation plans or escalate as needed.

Your Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in customer success, consulting, post-sales technical account management, or similar roles, with experience in cybersecurity

• Proven experience building and executing customer engagement programs in an evolving organization.

• Strong consulting and project management skills, with a track record of acting as a trusted advisor to drive business value.

• Experience managing escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions.

• Highly data-driven, with a focus on metrics, process adherence, and continuous improvement.

• Ability to drive consistent engagement processes across a portfolio of customers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Team player with high integrity, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $110,800 - $179,200/YR.
