• Reporting to VP of Revenue Operations, will manage the Core Analytics team, the Business Analytics team and the Leadership Analytics team.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with CRO senior leadership to align analytics initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with cross-functional team, including CEO office, Customer Success, Services, Marketing, and Finance as part of company’s Analysts Guild, promoting best practices, joint initiatives and standardization.
• Group Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversee globally analysts embedded within CRO Analytics teams
• Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new analytics team members.
• Data Quality and Improvement: Monitor and enhance the quality of data and analytics outputs.
• Seamless Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of analytics into GTM strategies and operations.
• Data Visualization: Conceptualize, create, and maintain compelling dashboards to translate key metrics and experiments into meaningful representations that serve as vital decision-making tools. for tracking key metrics and experiments
• Data Advocacy: Champion high-quality data work across the organization, setting standards for exceptional work by sharing examples and best practices.

• 8+ years of experience in analytics roles within SaaS companies, including 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Excellent SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar) – must.
• Experience with Python and data packages (pandas, NumPy, seaborn/Plotly).
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience in data governance and data quality management.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities, including working with stakeholders at varying levels of data proficiency.
• Ability to design frameworks, drive alignment, and initiate action plans.
• Fast learner who thrives in a high-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, team player, and capable of working independently.
• Fluent English.

What you’ll do:

• Define and lead monday.com’s global web strategy end-to-end — from vision and definition through execution — ensuring alignment with company goals, brand positioning, and go-to-market plans.
• Work with the web leader to identify and prioritize business opportunities in line with company goals, desired positioning, and go-to-market strategy, supported by user insights, data, and the company roadmap.
• Drive growth initiatives that increase conversion rates, enhance the user experience, and elevate our messaging through continuous optimization and experimentation.
• Work closely with brand, SEO, acquisition, growth, and product teams to ensure a seamless, consistent, and high-quality user journey across the site.
• Embed AI as a driver of efficiency and growth — enabling the team with smarter tools, creating new opportunities like SDR agents, and streamlining landing page creation at scale.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing and mentoring marketing/web team leads for 3+ years.
• Experience leading and collaborating with hybrid, cross-functional teams (content, design, development, marketing, product, growth, data) to deliver measurable impact.
• 3+ years of experience in web strategy, growth funnels, and experimentation, with a track record of using insights to drive results.
• Strong background in marketing and brand strategy, with proven ability to craft messaging and translate narratives into impactful web experiences.
• Experience with PLG and SLG models in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strategic thinker who balances long-term vision with hands-on execution.
• Growth-oriented mindset focused on experimentation and measurable business outcomes.

Strategic Leadership

• Define and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy , tightly aligned with growth and revenue objectives.

Growth & Demand Generation

• Own all aspects of demand generation , including inbound/outbound campaigns, performance marketing, and acquisition funnels.
• Design and run experiments , continuously testing creative and analytical strategies to optimize traffic and conversions.
• Leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to build high-quality pipelines for sales.

Brand & Thought Leadership

• Shape the brand voice and identity across channels, increasing awareness and market relevance.
• Position monday Service as a thought leader through insightful content, PR, case studies, speaking opportunities, and customer success stories.

AI & Innovation Integration

• Proactively explore and integrate emerging AI tools and marketing technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and enhance execution.

Analytics & Optimization

• Define, monitor, and report on key marketing KPIs , using data to guide decisions and iterate rapidly.
• Manage a significant marketing budget with a focus on ROI and efficiency .

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with product, sales, and marketing teams across the organization to align strategy and execution.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure localization, brand consistency, and effective event execution.

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles in high-growth B2B SaaS companies .
• A proven track record of scaling global brands and products successfully into new markets.
• Mastery across key marketing disciplines: demand generation, performance marketing, ABM, brand building, and content strategy.
• Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach —comfortable operating with autonomy.
• Passion for innovation and openness to AI tools and emerging marketing technologies.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across functions and levels.
