What is The Role
We're looking to add a Senior Product Manager to the Platform Team for the Elastic Stack and Elastic Cloud, the official managed service for running Elasticsearch. In this role you will be responsible for defining and delivering core services and components for which our search, observability, and security user experiences are built off of. You will help create and maintain amazing user experiences that help data admins manage their data in Elastic at scale. To be successful, you will bring a strong eye for all things UX, be technically minded, and thrive in cross-functional environments–building consensus across varied stakeholders and use cases.

Understanding of HR processes and best practices, advantage for specific knowledge of Total Rewards/ Compensation and Benefits processes.

a. HRIS Software Expertise - Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and other HR software is crucial. This includes the ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot these systems.
b. Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong skills in data analysis, including the use of tools like Excel, Qliksense, Tableau, and PowerBI, to generate insightful reports and dashboards.

a. Requirements Gathering: The ability to gather and document business requirements by interviewing stakeholders and conducting workshops. This involves understanding HR needs and translating them into technical specifications for the HRIS.
b. Process Mapping and Improvement: Capability to analyze current HR processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements through the use of technology.
c. Change Management: Helping HR departments transition smoothly to new systems or processes by understanding and managing the change involved.

c. Data Integrity & Accuracy: Attention to details, ensuring the data in the HRIS is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business requirements.
6.b. Training & Support*: Providing training to HR users and other stakeholders on how to use the HRIS effectively and answering questions as they arise.
c. Documentation & Reporting*: Writing clear, concise documentation on system configurations, processes, and changes.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field; i.e., industrial engineering, systems information, project management.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience (ex: HR Information Systems, Information Technology, project management)
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR, HR systems, HR processes- Must
• Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors – Advantage
• Excellent analyst skills – ability to independently gather and translate HR business requirements into recommended solutions, configure them and find creative ways to overcome configuration gaps
• Ability to engage productively with a wide range of program stakeholders, including business leads, HR, internal customers, vendors & technical teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to document, present, and communicate complex information in a simplified manner to all audiences
• Fluent in English - Must

Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day configuration, administration, support, third-party integrations and optimization of different SaaS applications.
· Implement best practices for application usage, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on product updates and industry trends.
