Job Description PayPal Tel-Aviv is looking for an HR professional to join the global HR team. In this role you will take part in HR activities and initiatives, you will engage closely with local, site-level management to help drive support of the business by delivering various initiatives. You will also partner across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines including employee relations, talent & development, total rewards, diversity & inclusion, and talent acquisition to drive business outcomes against the execution of our global HR and local site-level priorities. In a site with over 300 employees, you will build relationships with managers, employees and the site leadership while liaising with the global and local HR team.

You will also partner across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines including employee relations, talent & development, total rewards, diversity & inclusion, and talent acquisition to drive business outcomes against the execution of our global HR and local site-level priorities. In a site with over 300 employees, you will build relationships with managers, employees and the site leadership while liaising with the global and local HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead various projects and initiatives around talent development, employee engagement, communication, performance & rewards cycles and more, M & A, TLV initial on-site programs.
  • Act as a single point of contact for external vendors managing the enrollment and offboarding of employees from pension and health insurance plans: go through weekly reports, conduct a monthly check-in and analysis with the company's payroll accountant, serve as a point of contact for employees and facilitate their questions to the vendor.
  • Act as a point of contact for Employee Central regarding requests and questions around Israeli labor laws, legal requests, contracts, compensation changes. Build new protocols and policies according to need.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes of employees.

Requirements:

  • Experience with data analytics practices – Advantage
  • At least 4 years’ experience in an HR role.
  • knowledge and understanding of local employment legislation, its interpretation and implementation, and of employment practices.
  • Accomplished at using effective listening, probing and investigatory skills to handle complex, sensitive inquiries and conversations with discretion, composure, and compassion.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able troubleshooter adept at analyzing large amounts of detailed information, diagnosing problems, and recommending appropriate solutions to business and people leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of performance, results & service excellence in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, global organization and build strong trust-based, collaborative relationships with all levels of managers and employees.
  • Authentic with impeccable integrity, whose personal and professional values are consistent with our Company’s values and leadership expectations.
  • Ability to quickly build trust and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, knowing appropriate variance in communication style as needed.
  • High degree of comfort and competency navigating ambiguity and complexity.
