Growth Operation Manager (demand) jobs in Israel

At Expoint, we’re looking for an experienced Growth Operation Manager (Demand) to join our team in Israel. The ideal candidate is an analytical leader with a strong technical background that can help shape the strategy and collaborate across teams. The primary focus for this position is to work with marketing, finance, product, engineering and other departments to measure, analyze, and optimize the performance and ROI of marketing initiatives. This role will also require the ability to develop and measure outreach to niche and international audiences, and work closely with product to analyze impact of campaigns on funnel and customer retention. Daily activities for this role include leveraging data and analytics to evaluate economic returns of marketing initiatives, conducting customer research and A/B testing, developing automated B2C campaigns across multiple platforms, crafting pricing models, performing research to identify new markets and underserved audiences, and creating new campaigns and managing launch campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher, three years of experience in marketing and experience working as a growth operation manager/demand manager, have a technical background and understand software architecture, possess strong experience in web engineering, SEO/SEM, consumer marketing and financial modeling, and have strong proficiencies in data analysis, web analytics, and market research. You should also have excellent organizational skills, be highly detail-oriented and be able to easily adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
