Responsibilities

- Go-to-Market Strategy : Lead integrated GTM plans for major launches, campaigns, and monetization initiatives, partnering with Product, Growth, and Sales.
- Customer & Market Insight : Drive market research, competitive intelligence, and customer segmentation to shape both roadmap priorities and positioning.
- Storytelling & Content : Develop narratives, messaging frameworks, and customer-facing assets that bring the Editor’s vision to life across all channels.
- Conversion & Monetization : Collaborate with Product and Growth on strategies to increase free→Pro conversion, ARPU, and retention through compelling GTM execution.
- Agency & Enterprise Focus : Build tailored positioning and campaigns that expand Elementor’s footprint into agencies and enterprises.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Act as the marketing counterpart to Product Directors, ensuring market alignment across discovery, development, and delivery.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Product Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of storytelling, clarity, and impact.
- Experience : 5+ years in product marketing, including 3+ years managing teams in SaaS, B2B, or growth-driven environments.
- Strategic GTM Expertise : Proven track record building and executing go-to-market strategies for complex digital products.
- Storytelling Ability : Exceptional skill at crafting compelling narratives and positioning that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Monetization Focus : Strong background in SaaS monetization, packaging, or pricing strategy preferred.
- Customer Orientation : Deep empathy for users; ability to translate customer insights and data into actionable messaging and GTM strategies.
