As Global ITERO Senior Sales Training Manager, Israel, you will be responsible for training and developing sales teams across multiple countries. You will develop and implement comprehensive sales training plans to ensure the business objectives are achieved. Your responsibilities will include training staff on sales strategies, techniques, tools, and processes; creative problem-solving and collaboration; and mentoring and coaching. Additionally, you will develop and utilize effective communication skills to build and maintain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will have the opportunity to work with a highly skilled and international group of professionals to help them align their core competencies with the organization’s goals. You will collaborate with senior management to outline direct objectives and provide ongoing support to the global sales organization. Other responsibilities include developing on-site workshops and virtual programs to meet the needs of the global sales team, and delivering regional, local, and virtual trainings.
The ideal candidate is a passionate and dedicated professional with exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. You should also have a strong background in global sales training and development, as well as an in-depth knowledge of sales techniques and customer service standards. You should be a creative problem solver and have a strong attention to detail.
