The Fundguard-Backend Java Software Engineer primary responsibilities are to design, develop and support values-added web-based applications for the company. You’ll develop backend applications with an emphasis on improving usability and performance, and be responsible for coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting applications. We’re looking for individuals with strong knowledge of Java and the Spring framework, who also have the ability to work in an agile environment. A strong background in data mining/analytics, cloud-based architectures and source control technologies also is desirable.
