CyberArk is looking for an Information Systems implementer and Project Manager with a strong background in information systems and technologies. You will be working closely with various departments to understand their needs, design solutions, and deliver them while providing top-quality service.
The role requires good project management skills, system analysis experience, and extensive knowledge of various business applications and services.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of IT projects
• Design and analysis of various business processes
• Analyze, optimize, improve and deploy business processes, flows, validations etc. in IT systems such as ERP core financial modules, from the requirement gathering until go live phase.
• Successful delivery on time, on budget, on scope, and on quality standards
• Matrix management of resources such as cross IT, external suppliers, and users within the company
• Handle support cases of the Finance domains
  

Requirements:

• BA in business/Accounting/industrial engineering specializing in information systems (or equivalent) – a must
• 2-3 years of proven project management experience in the area of information systems – a Must
• Robust business processes analysis skills
• Deep understanding and hands on experience of the following business processes and related enterprise-level applications implementation: Order to Cash, Subscription Billing (Zone, Zuora), Revenue Recognition (an advantage), Accounting (must); Procurement, PS, HR (an advantage)
• Over 3 years of hands on experience in Financial ERP modules, in one of the following: NetSuite, Oracle, SAP – a must (NetSuite- an advantage)
• Experience in implementation and administering of enterprise applications [(NetSuite – an advantage, BI (Tableau, Sisense, Qlik) – an Advantage, Budget Planning, compensation management
• Advantage - Hands-on of technical activities, set up/configure systems and/or by coding in order to perform.
