In this role, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive engineering program strategy, ensuring results are met on time and with the highest quality, and designing innovative processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Architecture, Research & Development, QA, Sales, and Product Management to ensure successful project deliveries. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing product development and launch initiatives, creating project plans, defining goals and objectives, tracking project progress, and collaborating on any escalations that arise. You will also assess and document product performance, identify opportunities to improve project timelines and process flows, and track the delivery of engineering deliverables. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership and technical skills, problem-solving capabilities, time management skills, an eye for detail, and an ability to work under pressure. You will also need to be organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
