This position requires you to take on full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the company’s financial accounting and reporting requirements. You’ll need to utilize your extensive knowledge of various accounting structures, softwares and systems to accurately manage and report on the company’s financials. You’ll also be expected to collaborate with the operations and finance teams to support effective financial operations and decision making. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial reporting and accounting, as well as knowledge of the Israeli legal and financial frameworks - IFRS and Ordinary Regulations. You must be proficient in the use of Excel and other accounting software, and have a capability to critically analyze and evaluate financial data. Excellent communication skills and a customer focused mind are a must. You will report directly to the CFO and have direct involvement in the development, implementation and continued improvement of the financial systems and procedures. Additionally, you’ll provide insights on financial performance, contributing to the decision making process.
