Job Description
- In this position, you will bring-up and operate the validation labs, for automated validation of Western Digital’s next-generation SSD (Solid State Drive) products
- Direct Management of a team of 6-8 PC technicians
- Operate various automation systems
- Manage hundreds of platforms and PCIe/NVMe test equipment
- Detect and solve hardware and software issues
- Define requirements for automation tools
- Perform First Analysis on failures
- Create and provide detailed report on validation execution cycles
Qualifications
- BSc in EE/SW Engineering - must
- Relevant technical background with preference for experience in QA – 2 years
- Direct Management experience in technical environment – 2 years
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and validation processes
- Experience with bug tacking systems, such as Jira
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Fluent English (speaking/writing/reading)
