Job Description

In this position you will be responsible for taking ownership of marketing initiatives, with a heavy emphasis on transformation through digital innovation and industry events to support continued company growth


•Complete event management including identifying opportunities, building content and materials, logistics and execution of event and accompanying meetings, across multiple event mediums: webinars, roundtables, company-branded events and trade shows both virtual and in person.
•Own the strategic execution of digital initiatives across website, email campaigns, marketing automation, paid channels, search engine optimization (SEO) and social media.
•Partner with product marketing, customer experience and sales teams to inspire, educate and develop integrated marketing solutions that communicate our brand story.
•Planning and execution of lead generation campaigns and initiatives to grow leads funnel.
•Develop and define KPIs to measure the performance of marketing channels and activities, converting data into actionable insights.
•Continually analyze, optimize and evolve all aspects of the marketing stack and conversion funnel to identifying optimization to maximize results.
•Maintain close working relationship with Medis teams to ensure a unified customer experience across all channels
•Identify and drive new digital growth initiatives to improve lead generation, retention, and conversion performance
•Work cross-functionally across teams: You will work in close partnership with Sales, Product, and Leadership to execute initiatives from concept to delivery.
•Manage external vendors and agencies


What are we looking for?

  • B2B with strong hands-on experience – a must
  • Experience managing global events – a must
  • A creative thinker with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to work on initiating campaigns, aligned with customer strategy and goals
  • Strong strategic thinking and customer centric approach to marketing / content strategy
  • Experience with digital marketing, such as email marketing, inbound marketing, paid campaigns , brand marketing
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools and capabilities (Pardot )
  • Comfortable building consensus across several stakeholders Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • A great communicator with excellent English written and verbal skills
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
