Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures.
- Troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events within internal SLA.
- Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work.
- Able to work a 12 hour shift (rotating 3 to 4 day work weeks).
- Take daily operational readings of all mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Utilize internal CMMS to manage building workflows.

- Electrical practical Engineer (or above), Certified Electrician license (LV/MV)
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

As the Sr. SDM for the Inference Technology Team, you will lead a strong team of managers and engineers to build fundamental inference technology building blocks and libraries to enable AI developers to optimize model for inference on Trainium and Inferentia devices. What you’ll be doing:

• Define the next generations of Spectrum-X, InfiniBand and NVLink SW architecture.

• Research of various solutions by defining and running POCs, evaluate SW and HW impact and conveying the solution architecture to the relevant teams. The solutions can span over various layers: from algorithms and high level software to firmware and HW.
