Key job responsibilities
Understanding how all elements of the Voice and mobile Experience ecosystem work together and developing QA approaches that fit the overall strategy.
Develop and execute manual & automated tests and test plans
Efficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of our products
Finding, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution
Interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process
Work with Software Development Engineers to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implementedEvaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess product quality.
- 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
- Experience of using test case management tools (e.g. Test Rail, TestLink) and issue management tools (Jira)
- Experience testing mobile and web applications with Java and JavaScript
- Proficient in both spoken and written English (Common European Framework of Reference C1)
- Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
- Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
- Experience with Typescript
