As a CyberPion Pre-Sales Customer Success Engineer in Israel, you will have the mission-critical responsibility of working alongside senior leadership to help guide long-term strategies, develop solutions, and foster relationships to rapidly deliver a growing customer base’s desired outcomes.
Utilizing your knowledge in the fields of information technology, cyber security, and software development, you will provide technical expertise to draw insights from deployed resources to inform service-based solutions. Additionally, you will work with sales teams to clearly articulate end-user capabilities, define roadmaps, and build customer relationships that result in increased customer loyalty.
In addition to technical knowledge and customer-service skills, experience in conducting competitor analysis and performing data-driven decision-making is also required. Ideally, you should bring along a deep knowledge of the landscape and trends within the cyber security industry in order to remain on the cutting edge of customer solutions.
You will be an integral part of the CyberPion team, working collaboratively across departments to ensure customer service excellence and deliver the best possible outcomes. Additionally, your responsibilities will include serving as an on-site expert to help customers plan, configure, and install our products.
