Paragone is a fast-growing advertising cloud platform empowering world-leading agencies (Havas, Dentsu-Aegis, Social.Lab, OMD…) and advertisers (Disney, Birchbox, Audible, MAPFRE…) to maximize digital advertising performance at lower cost.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent and high-quality responses to our customers.

• Provide reliable resolution of critical and high impact problems for customers.

• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.

• Contribute ideas and practical solutions to ensure customer's contentment.

• Recognize trends and service impacting events and escalate properly.

• Act as a focal point for communication with the R&D and product teams.

• Act as a knowledge focal point within support.

• Accompany new releases and make sure support agents are familiar with them and have the tools to address issues related to them.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer support/service experience, ideally for a technology product or creative based capacity with international clients. (Tier 2 experience - advantage)

• A tech-savvy self-learner who is capable of quickly mastering different fields within our product end to end.

• Social media campaign management knowledge - advantage

• Experience/Good familiarity of the following will be an advantage:

  • HTML and CSS
  • SQL
  • Scripting languages: Python, PHP , JavaScript
  • API's testing tools

• Native-level English Speaker - advanced proficiency in written and spoken English (Native-level French Speaker – Advantage)

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a real team-player.

• Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude.

• Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills.

• Strong ability to operate multiple applications and platforms.

• Commitment to excellence: willing to accept constructive feedback, and drive toward continuous improvement.

• Detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple responsibilities at once.

• Familiarity with Intercom/Zendesk, Jira and other support/helpdesk systems.

• Availability for a full-time position
