As a Customer Success Manager - Spanish Speaker for Expoint, you will have the opportunity to work within an innovative, fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be the connecting link between our team, customers, and partners to make sure our products and services are used by everyone to its fullest potential.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor for our Spanish-speaking customers, providing them with tailored solutions to their challenges. You will ensure that our solutions are being used efficiently and effectively, and that customers are satisfied with their experience. To be successful, you must possess strong communicative skills in both English and Spanish – specifically to exchange related information, troubleshoot complex issues, as well as resolve customer inquiries.
You will also analyze customer feedback and use it to recommend improvements and solutions to the product development and product management teams. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have around 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related field within the tech industry. In addition, knowledge of software development, CRM software, customer service, and/or project management is an asset. An engaging, passionate and self-motivated attitude are also a must-have in this role.
