Responsibilities & Scope of Role

· Leading the Corporate FP&A team.

· Responsible for building financial models and methodologies, supporting the measuring and planning of the Corporate departments performance.

· Financial business partner to the Product House Executive by providing insights, helping with building the right KPIs and measuring results.

· Responsible for the support of Company’s M&A activities by building acquisition financial models and measuring post PMI performance.

· Budget – building and monitoring the Corp departments budget; Providing budget control and budget forecasting by an actual vs. budget vs. forecast analysis on a quarterly basis.

· Preparation the management with quarterly analysis of actual vs budget reports.

Personal Characteristic

· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.

· Ability to show flexibility, initiative, and innovation when dealing with challenging situation.

· Ability to manage many tasks in parallel according to priorities.

· Excellent team working skills. Very good internal and external relationship building skills.

· Having management skills and experience.

· Deep knowledge with complex economics models dealing with big data.

· Having operational and methods techniques. Implement global process and analysis methodologies to make the business run more efficiently by focusing on factors such as expenses control, quality assurance and profitability.

· A fast learner and proactive self-starter.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

· At least 7 years’ experience as an economist/analyst in a global company. High Tech experience an advantage.

· Management experience.

· Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. –

· Fluent in English.

· Excellent command in Excel and PowerPoint.

· Ability to quickly learn and master new information systems such as ERP, CRM and Business Intelligence tools.
