The cloud sales team manager EMEA-APAC role in Israel is an exciting new opportunity that offers immense potential to demonstrate a diverse array of skills and expertise. The primary purpose of the role is to lead and strategically manage a sales team located across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific - a diverse and expanding international geographic territory. This role is a crucial link between the team and the companys’ customers, and allows candidates to leverage their experience in software and services sales to build and execute a sales strategy focused on growth, profitability and success.
The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge of cloud software sales, and expertise in managing complex, multi-level relationships. Experience in direct customer facing sales is mandatory, as is understanding and experience of working across both business and technical sales scenarios. Also required is an extensive business network in the tech industry and the ability to quickly build relationships with key influencers and buyers.
Excellent leadership skills are essential to the role, as well as an understanding of what motivates a sales team. Strategic planning, budgeting, team performance management and forecasting capabilities will all be expected in order to hit sales targets. Candidates should also be highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
