As Casino Customer Journey Manager in Israel, you will play an integral role in driving customer growth and satisfaction, while marketing products and services to meet the needs of the gaming industry. As part of our team, you will use your engaging and creative skills to develop end-to-end customer experience plans, optimize both existing and new customer journeys, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
We’re looking for an analytical and creative leader with a penchant for problem solving, a firm grasp of the customer acquisition journey, and an understanding of the competitive landscape of the gaming industry. Your efforts will play a significant role in driving operational efficiencies and maximizing customer engagement.
Your first task as Customer Journey Manager will be to gain a better understanding of our products, services, and their target audiences. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing and design teams to develop effective customer journey strategies aimed at optimizing customer engagement and loyalty. You will work to identify key contact moments, conduct A/B testing to identify which approaches are most successful, and prioritize the customer segmentation for campaigns.
You will also be charged with optimizing experiences for key customers and segments, gathering market intelligence, and monitoring marketing budget allocations. Attention to detail, a knack for connecting with customers, and a predilection for problem-solving are must-haves for this role. Understanding the poker landscape and keeping up to date with trends and behavior within the industry is also highly recommended.
