• Lead the design and development of large-scale, low-latency, high-throughput systems that power real-time ad bidding and delivery.
• Define and drive technical strategy and long-term architecture for LevelPlay’s core infrastructure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and ad network integration teams to deliver impactful solutions that scale globally.

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience in distributed systems, real-time systems, or high-scale backend infrastructure ,i.e, message queue technologies (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, SQS), and key-value databases (e.g., Aerospike, Redis).
• Proven track record of technical leadership — setting architectural direction, mentoring engineers, and leading projects end-to-end.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Scala, Go, or similar languages, and experience working in JVM-based production environments.
• Deep understanding of system design, concurrency, performance tuning, and data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) and modern DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence technical and product decisions across teams.

• Understanding of distributed stream processing and having experience with Flink, Spark Streaming, etc
• Background in observability, distributed tracing, and performance analytics.

• Lead and grow an Android development team: You'll guide, mentor, and manage one of our Android development teams, building a strong culture of teamwork and constant improvement.
• Drive architectural design: You'll lead the design and development of complex features, making sure the team produces clean, scalable, and high-quality code.
• Oversee the full development cycle: This means you'll be in charge of the team's Android development efforts from start to finish, including design, actual coding, testing, and getting the product out to users.
• Work closely with other teams: You'll team up with product managers, architects, DevOps, BI Engineers, and business teams to plan and carry out our clear product roadmap.

• 4+ years of experience building Android apps with Kotlin.
• Experience leading Android developers, as a manager or a technical lead — a strong advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• A deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design principles.
• Familiarity with Google's design principles and interface guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with multithreading, mobile memory management, and working with RESTful APIs.
• A solid grasp of Jetpack components like ViewModel, Room, Coroutines, and WorkManager.

• Practical knowledge in mechanical CAD tools, proficiency in interpretation of 2D and 3D drawings
• Experience in RF engineering, reliability engineering, environmental design and validation
• Knowledge in embedded computing platforms, servers, storage, operating systems
