As Product Team Lead - Platform, you’ll own the platform domain, focusing on foundational infrastructure, internal tooling, data, and extensibility that power our entire product ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with R&D, Data, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver scalable, high-impact capabilities. What you'll be doing:
Coordinate NPI and mass production activities Drive equipment KPI roadmap improvement projects
Manage and track troubleshooting with equipment Engineering
Manage and track Production line equipment related manufacturing and quality issues
Tracking root cause analysis and corrective action on production issues
Be a key part of Manufacturing Engineering team, collaborating with Contract manufacturers, internal engineering groups to manage projects, milestones and deliverables.
What we need to see:
Excellent English- oral and written communication skills
Engineering Bachelor Degree or equivalent
5+ years as PMO or project management experience
Familiarity with IC test process
Background with data analysis
Agility, the ability of changing priorities and tasks pending production needs Self-motivated and able to work effectively across different functional teams and subcontractors
Excellent teammate, communication, organization skills and independence
