In this role, you will be responsible for driving enablement and product adoption by conducting hands-on training courses, supporting their implementation with topic-specific workshops and helping overcome technical challenges.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead & administer global remote training of the Wiz platform for customers using various collaborative teaching methods
  • Work closely with the Content Development and Product Management teams to improve course structure, content, and delivery methods to produce high quality public technical training including customer-facing deliverables
  • Use dynamic presentation skills to engage your students and improve their learning experience, and ensure customers are making the most of Wiz cloud security solutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical training material(s), including courseware, hands-on labs, and supporting infrastructure

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 2+ years as a technical instructor, owning course content preferred
  • Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) infrastructure background either as a customer, consultant, or instructor
  • Experience with cybersecurity
  • Strong acumen and intuition needed for proactive partnership with stakeholders across the company

COMMERCIAL

  • Du motivierst dein Team, sich engagiert in Nike Community Ambassador-Aktivitäten einzubringen.
  • Mit deinem Senior Store Leadership Team zusammenarbeiten, wobei du in Einstellungsprozessen und dem Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter:innen involviert bist.
  • Du bist für die Zeitplanung des Stores verantwortlich.

CONSUMER EXPERIENCE

  • Als Beispiel vorangehen, um einen ausgezeichneten Service auf der Verkaufsfläche zu garantieren und die Reise des Konsumenten (Consumer Journey) zum Leben zu erwecken.
  • Die Ressourcen bereitstellen, damit das Team Kenntnisse über die Marke NIKE sowie über Consumer Service und Digitalservices erhält.
  • Spezifische Trainings absolvieren und das Wissen zu Athlete Services weitergeben.
  • Daten und Analysen nutzen, um tiefere Einblicke zu gewinnen und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Store Leadership Team kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zu erreichen.

Contribute to workshops aimed at helping customers unlock the full value of the Wiz platform.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships and establish a regular cadence with customer stakeholders from practitioners to C-level, with a focus on increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and fostering satisfaction.
  • Help customers develop Success Plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives. Measure customers’ achievement of these key performance indicators and report those both internally and externally.
  • Identify and address technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical escalations quickly and efficiently.
  • Advocate for customer needs across various departments (product management, support, ...). Offer insights regarding the availability of new features in Wiz. Program manage account escalations effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Wiz Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals. Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding Wiz usage across the customer’s organization.
  • Maintain up-to-date functional and technical knowledge of the Wiz platform. Continuously monitor news related to new & emerging cloud security threats. Grow your knowledge of the Wiz ecosystem (Cloud Service Providers, Technology partners, ...)

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer facing roles, for example: Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Customer Success Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP level certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer) preferred.
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and the security considerations associated with them.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, driving customer success, and exceeding performance targets.
