As a Motion Designer at Wix, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual narratives through motion, built on a strong foundation of design principles. We are looking for a talented Technical Designer to join our Wix Studio Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality digital marketing assets that meet both design and functional standards. In your day-to-day you will:

• Work closely with project managers, designers, developers, content teams, and more to bring creative ideas to life

• Ensure all digital assets are visually appealing, responsive, and optimized for performance, accessibility, SEO and security

• Develop and localize projects on the Wix Studio platform, including landing pages, dynamic websites and complex content management systems

• Collaborate with various product teams, engaging with new products, and providing valuable feedback

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from development through to production, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality

• A multidisciplinary designer with expertise in web design, image-making, brand UI, and brand identity—bringing creative solutions across a wide range of assets, including landing pages, campaigns, video storyboards, events, banners, emails, and print

• Construct creative concepts and communicate them in a clear way

• Be the full owner of your projects from A-Z, overseeing brand identity, UX/UI design and digital assets

• Collaborate with other stakeholders to gather information, understand the end goals and strategize visual communication approaches

• Design complex visual infrastructure and layout systems based on product and design research

• Lead design and art direction for different areas of our platform, using data-driven design and collaborating with media designers and product teams

• Design and art direct websites and various templates, with a focus on systematic, strategic, and modular thinking

• Learn and implement new technologies, including AI, to integrate innovative design solutions

• Own the functional and visual design of your product
• Deliver extraordinary products by conducting a full design cycle, including research, ideation, validation, pixel-perfect UI design, delivery and post-launch testing
• Know your product and users thoroughly through extensive research based on support tickets, data, usability tests, user interviews, competitor analysis and more
