  • Manage Freight Forwarders / carriers to ensure KPI’s are met.
  • Highlight any delivery issues impacting shipment On Time Performance.
  • Ensure root cause and corrective actions for non-performing lanes
  • Analytical ability to do proactive decision / planning to ensure shipment On Time delivery.
  • Follow up with the appointed freight forwarding to follow OTM planning.
  • Analytical ability to find out the correct result and fix issues with IT.
  • Analyse OTM report and follow-up the missing milestone/Event from appointed freight forwarding.
  • To manage the activities of Logistics Control Tower and Transportation activities.
  • Uplift Risk Monitor
  • Arrival Risk Monitor
  • Tracking Monitor
  • Delay / Risk Process Monitor
  • Delivered late W/O reason code
  • Expedite / Critical shipments
  • Able to interpret and develop process flows and system designs.
  • Communicate requirements and guidelines to business unit and IT teams
  • Able to run performance reports, identify opportunities for improvements and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to communicate and present overall performance, follow detailed work instructions and cross train peers
  • Works on assignments and special projects relating to Control Tower and Transportation activities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Supply Chain or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics supply chain or related field.
  • Computer literate, apply advanced English skills to communicate effectively in written and verbal communication.
  • Basic attributes include a self-starting individual with high motivation and work ethic.
  • Must be multi-task oriented and flexible to assist in a variety of tasks and relate easily with all levels of personnel and customers.
  • Collaborate effectively.

  • Responsible for oversight of key activities such as ERP transactions both manual and via EDI.
  • Support vendor/business partner relationships.
  • Execute day to day processes and perform data management applying a combination of data mining, data modeling, and data analysis; cost/benefit analysis and/or problem analysis.
  • Undertake ad-hoc queries and maintain reports from a variety of resources as specific to department or organizational needs to support the business.
  • Responsible for conducting analysis and creating reports of weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure a successful order and ship/receiving process
  • Clearly communicate to team members (both internal and external), vendors and customers.
  • Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, identify inefficiencies, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and implement protocols and practices to ensure effectiveness and efficiency for strategic logistics initiatives
  • Support inter-department projects/activities as determined necessary
  • Monitor and standardize 3PL flows
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in supply chain management
  • In depth knowledge of various ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
  • Experience with EDI a plus
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Package [Excel – Advanced/Expert level, Word, Outlook (Proficient in managing a high level of daily email activity), PowerPoint], Project Management tools
  • Experience in analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business/system requirements.
  • Ability to meet daily & weekly deadlines to achieve the departmental SLA’s.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English.
  • Must be a self-starter and can complete tasks with minimal direction/oversight
  • Concise / effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions and levels in a global organization.
  • Excellent organization skills and effective time management skills to see tasks through to the end.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.
