ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage pricing systems, tools and policies. Understand contracting strategies and maintain current knowledge supporting data structures, business processes, and documentation for assigned accounts; assist with any decisions and changes required to adapt to business needs.
• Identify business requirements, functional and system specifications that meet business user requirements, maps them to systems capabilities and recommends technical solutions.
• Perform as an integral member to document and execute the design, optimization and implementation of the pricing tools, utilizing industry best practices and process methodologies
• Support the functional engagement across key stakeholders, including key customer contacts. Able to work with cross-functional teams on integrating price and price list information with various systems to ensure that we maintain accurate product and pricing information throughout the organization.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in business, business operations or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in price strategy, implementation and support of pricing tool and order to cash life cycle
• Expertise on database concepts (Model N, Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Visio, Tableau, JIRA
• Must be self-motivated and manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously

As the Ecommerce Head for our storage company, your primary responsibility is to lead and drive the overall Ecommerce strategy, operations, and sales across multiple platforms. You will be instrumental in setting and achieving sales targets, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our online presence to drive revenue growth and market share in the digital space.

• Ecommerce Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive Ecommerce strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives. Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes to drive business growth.
• Sales Target Setting and Achievement: Define and implement sales targets across different Ecommerce platforms. Monitor performance metrics regularly, analyze data, and optimize strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Platform Management: Oversee operations on major Ecommerce platforms. Manage product listings, optimize content, pricing, promotions, and inventory to maximize visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage relationships with key Ecommerce partners, negotiate terms, and explore collaborations to expand the company's presence and reach on various platforms.
• Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective online marketing campaigns, including advertising, SEO, social media, and email marketing to drive traffic and sales.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize analytics tools to gather insights on customer behavior, market trends, and sales performance. Translate data into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Ecommerce team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Operations: Ensure compliance with Ecommerce platform regulations, manage inventory, shipping, returns, and customer service operations to maintain a seamless buying experience.
• Product Development and Innovation: Work closely with product teams to identify opportunities for new storage solutions or product improvements based on Ecommerce market trends and customer feedback.
• Customer Experience Enhancement: Continuously improve the online customer journey, from browsing to purchase and post-sale support, to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty in the storage solutions market.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the Ecommerce department budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI across various online channels and initiatives.
• Technology Integration: Stay abreast of emerging Ecommerce technologies and platforms. Evaluate and implement new tools and systems to enhance the company's online capabilities and maintain a competitive edge in the storage industry.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as IT, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless integration of Ecommerce operations with overall business processes.

• MBA, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree in Ecommerce or Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience 6years+ in Ecommerce management, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry, with a track record of driving significant sales growth.
• Strong understanding of major Ecommerce platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in setting and achieving ambitious sales targets in an Ecommerce setting.
• Proficiency in Ecommerce analytics tools such as Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

Warranty Service Operation
Oversee operations of multiple outsourced Service Operations providers and internal organization.
Resolve daily service operations related issues.
Ensures Logistics capability is in place to fulfill customer requirements in compliance with documented work instructions.
Perform reconciliations, validations and audits of warehouse inventory operations. Work closely with Management to implement corrective actions.

3+ year experience in a services operations support role.
Experience with logistics and inventory management, including identifying and implementing best practices.
Experience compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.
Experience developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
Experience managing and maintaining positive external business relationships.International shipping experience required.
Excellent communication skills.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities and demands.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers.Highly motivated to meet personal, team, and corporate goals.
Experience with ERP(SAP/Oracle) systems. Understanding of basic budget development and monitoring.Understanding of incoterms, HTS, DG, export/import requirements
