In the Global Payments & Liquidity Early Career Development Program, you will:

Rotate across Global Payments & Liquidity business areas to acquire diverse experiences and insights while identifying a post-program career track that aligns to your long-term goals and interests. You may be involved in sales, service & implementation, product, and strategic activities such as:

• Perform a variety of job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization
• Attend classroom training, self-study assignments, workshops, networking, and other events
• Participate in the sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and execution of low complexity multi-million-dollar payments & liquidity transactions as an active member of a deal team.
• Conduct due diligence and analyzing financial statements that support payments & liquidity recommendations.
• Leverage market, industry, and company research and analysis along with product knowledge to ensure the success of business development efforts.
• Receive direction from supervisor and working with diverse teams on a variety of tasks, including compliance and risk management responsibilities.
• Provide information to colleagues and managers in support of completion of deliverables, resolution of issues, and help deliver business initiatives, communications, and other materials to internal stakeholders and clients.

About this role:

You will have expert knowledge of how these systems work and be able to drive and influence the strategy and execution across product, business, technical and analytics cross-functional teams. In this role, you will:

You will partner across teams to enable the success of the firm’s Experience Development & Optimization programs. This will require a diverse set of responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with Marketing channel strategy leaders, Marketing content management teams, line of business marketers and digital marketing, partnering closely with the Head of Experience Optimization Strategy.
• Continue to establish and evangelize the product strategy and roadmap to deliver a scalable platform that will be best-in-class, meet the critical needs of the business, and be an important part of an integrated broader MarTech stack.
• Support and enable teams who are executing against this strategy, ensuring a consistent and effective go to market approach with a keen focus on partner management, issue resolution and delivering outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Develop, retain, and grow highly complex client relationships through the art of relationship management, by understanding the needs and priorities of clients and financial decision makers, responding quickly, communicating proactively but strategically, managing expectations, and soliciting feedback; act as a subject matter expert to guide and influence others in growing relationships
• Act as a top subject matter expert to lead highly complex and substantial cash flow, real estate loans, and certain other industry specific solutions with enterprise impact, high risk or significant scope by analyzing financials, presenting to clients, and coordinating with internal stakeholders
• Lead the strategy and resolution for full suite of most complex solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients to meet the most complex and significant needs across multiple areas of the enterprise that may require an in-depth evaluation, vision, and creativity, by engaging product organizations to develop long term, large-scale client specific solutions, leveraging a solid understanding of clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions; may coordinate highly complex activities and resolutions
