Your technical expertise will be essential to develop and improve software solutions and drive a high-velocity development team. To succeed in this position, you must have strong communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management capabilities. You must provide direction and guidance to the engineering and product teams and also be a team leader, motivator, and mentor to the software engineers at Wells Fargo. You’ll need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering to apply to this job, as well as at least four (4) years of professional software engineering experience using multiple different coding languages such as C#, Python, and Java.
