Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with product managers, data scientists, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders
Translate business needs into technical solutions that deliver measurable impact
Technology Leadership
Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends in banking.
Advocate for best practices in software engineering, AI ethics, and responsible innovation
Interpret, develop and ensure security, stability, and scalability within functions of technology with moderate complexity, as well as identify, manage and mitigate technology and enterprise risk
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
6+ years of financial services experience
3+ years of management or leadership experience
3+ years leading application development teams preferably as an Engineering Manager or Lead Software Engineer
3+ years of experience mentoring and quality checking junior application developers
3+ years cloud experience
1+ years of experience leading AI-centric projects or programs at a financial services institution
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years banking operations technology experience, preferably branch operations
3+ years of technology transformation / modernization leadership experience

8+ years of proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
4+ years of management or leadership experience
4+ years of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
4+ years of financial services experience
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience in retail banking or multi-branch environments
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and ServiceNow
Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certifications
Experience with project delivery and business execution
Demonstrated ability to challenge existing processes and drive necessary change across teams
Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple competing priorities
Ability to communicate powerfully and prolifically while communicating complex technical information and value/impact in simple terms to executive leadership
Excellent problem-solving skills
PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications

Shape and execute the digital workplace strategy for branch banking, aligning with enterprise hardware standards—including teller workstations, peripherals, mobile devices, and self-service tools—to ensure reliability, performance, and user satisfaction
Lead the modernization of branch desktop environments , including migration to cloud-based virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and scalable endpoint solutions, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks
Conduct in-depth research on retail banking trends, customer behavior, and branch technology innovations to proactively identify opportunities that improve service delivery and operational efficiency
Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless, omni-channel experiences that connect branch, digital, and contact centertouchpoints—enhancing
