Job Expectations:

• Spread Financial statements of private as well as public limited companies of different industries in credit application utilized for traditional asset-based lending, specialized senior secured financing, Accounts receivable financing and purchase order financing to companies and make relevant adjustments in cash flow and various ratio calculations to reflect true financial status of the customers.
• Prepare projected financial statements as per relationship managers requirement
• Should be able to interpret and spread financials of different companies belonging to different division as per business requirement at any given day
• This role is an individual contributor
• Full time work on site from 5PM to 2AM Manila time
• Flexibility in adjusting work schedule when required
• Required to work on site at 5NEO, BGC, Taguig

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Closing Representative. This job is responsible for assembling, preparing and reviewing commercial closing documents for loans/transactions; the initial boarding and funding ofdeals/transactions/facilitiesonto accounting systems of record. This may include in depth review of collateral, legal agreements and credit approvals to ensure final executed details are captured accurately and regulatory and company requirements are met.

• Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
• Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Commercial Loan Closing
• Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record to ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Perform complex legal activities for loan documentation that may also include documentation purchased from a third party source, internal staff and the Corporate Legal Group
• Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals
• Work collaboratively with Credit, Sales and Legal regarding proper procedures and documentation requirements necessary to ensure accuracy with negotiated terms and ensure alignment with appropriate compliance standards
