As an experienced individual in the tech industry, you’ll be responsible for ensuring software engineering projects run as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will be a leader who leads, mentors and develops your team in cultivating new processes and capabilities in software engineering. You will strive to manage the software engineering team and build/maintain end-to-end team capabilities. You will be responsible for increasingly complex projects and will be expected to ensure teams adopt optimal Development Methodology, build repeatable processes and adhere to development standards. You will further manage the delivery of software engineering solutions by coordinating with product management, interface systems, hardware, software usability and system maintenance teams. You will ensure software engineering is aligned with our business goals and objectives and that technology is in line with strategy. Finally, you will build collaborative partnerships with internal customers, vendors, stakeholders and partners to guide successful outcomes. We are looking for an professional with a B.S. in Engineering or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years leading a software engineering team. A background in Finance is also highly preferred.
