Wells Fargo seeks to hire a Senior Network Engineer in India, Hyderabad. This is a critical role within the technology division and requires a highly motivated, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and commitment to excellence. Working as part of the Wells Fargo team, you will be responsible for using your network engineering expertise to design, install, configure and maintain client and server networks. You will be working collaboratively with network architecture, project engineering, and operations teams, to ensure business continuity, reliable and secure network infrastructure, and high-speed connectivity solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in network infrastructure, design, deployment, and troubleshooting. A solid understanding of networking protocols and methodology is essential, as well as experience in configuring routers, switches and firewalls. You should be highly knowledgeable in the area of both Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching, including Spanning Tree, EIGRP, RIP, OSPF, and BGP, VPN and IPSec, QoS, DHCP and DNS, and wireless technologies. Additionally, experience of the firewall technologies such as Checkpoint and/or Juniper SRX will be an advantage. The Senior Network Engineering role also involves working with other teams and vendors to ensure operational integrity, and providing 3rd line technical support to resolve network issues.
