  • Project Coordination: Lead the coordination and scheduling of deliverables across multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines are adhered to and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Ad-hoc Business Requests: Serve as the primary point of contact for ad-hoc requests from leadership, managing and prioritizing these requests with the team to ensure timely responses and high-quality outputs.
  • Team Engagement: Foster a collaborative team environment by organizing team meetings, managing communications, and promoting ongoing team engagement initiatives.
  • Project Tracking: Maintain project status updates, track milestones, and report on key deliverables to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal stakeholders to communicate project progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment between business needs and project deliverables.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency within the team’s project management approach.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Team Support: Assist in onboarding new team members and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team, supporting engagement and development initiatives.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Evaluate complex situations, identify patterns, and make informed decisions. These skills involve critical thinking, data analysis, and logical reasoning to break down problems and understand their interrelationships.

Requirements:

  • BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 3+ years of finance experience, or Master’s/ MBA degree and 1+ years of finance/ analytical experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and drive team engagement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to handle ad-hoc business requests with agility and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Knowledge of agile and project management tools (MS/ Atlassian suite, Smartsheet) is a plus.
  • Interest in finance, analytics, and business strategy. Experience in finance, analytics, and business strategy domain and basic knowledge in PowerBI, Power Query, Advanced Excel.

Job Title: Specialist - Data Analytics

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and metrics relevant to various business units and stakeholders enabling them to take strategic decisions.
  • Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to extract, transform, and load financial data from multiple sources into databases.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, cleanse, and validate data from various sources for both analytical and financial purposes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business problems into data-centric solutions that address functional, non-functional, and commercial concerns, such as reliability, scalability, and maintainability for both analytical and financial purposes.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of data models, algorithms, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making processes for both data analytics and FP&A functions.
  • Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of Power BI reports and SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and visualization.
  • Utilize Power Query, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for calculations, measures, and custom columns.
  • Ensuring data security and compliance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Business Functions such as Sales Operations, Customer Success Management, Go-To Market strategy, and Regional Finance teams to enhance financial performance reporting and analysis by leveraging data analytics techniques and developing interactive dashboards.
  • Support the documentation and presentation of findings and insights related to both data analytics and FP&A within the Center of Excellence, including reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Assist in ad-hoc data analysis requests and contribute to ongoing data analytics and FP&A projects as part of the Center of Excellence team.

Requirements:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, data Analytics, Finance, or Business Analytics in a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience as an Analyst, with a focus on Power BI development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, to create meaningful visual representations of data and build interactive dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Query languages such as SQL or MDX for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Basic or advanced Excel skills, including simple or complex formulae, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of analysis techniques, and FP&A concepts specific to the Center of Excellence in Financial Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
