Responsibilities

This job is responsible for independently performing test work covering the Enterprise Support Function Lines of Business (LOBs), including, amongst others, Human Resources, Payroll, Third Party Management, Legal, Compliance and Operational Risk. Key responsibilities include:

• Executes audit strategy for the sound application of risk-based auditing by defining audit scope and audit programs, and leverages automation and innovative methods in a timely and high quality manner
• Exercises sound knowledge of product, business, and technical expertise to effectively challenge management to improve the control environment
• Assesses impacts to business processes, controls, and strategies to provide recommendations on severity ratings
• Provides input on draft audit reports and shares audit results with business leaders
• Supports the development of peers and teams through on-the-job-training and fosters an inclusive work environment

• Managing and coaching more junior staff on audit jobs

Responsibilities:

• Accurately set up and maintain system of records for our portfolio of deals. Tasks include but not limited to applying Principal payments, PIK’s, Interest, fees, Rate sets.
• Maintain accurate trackers for SWAP’s ensuring all relevant funds are received and paid out by the appropriate deadlines.

Essential experience, skills and competencies:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Financial Services within a Loan Administration role, with previous experience of Collateral Debt Obligations preferred.
• Or recent qualification in finance (Degree/Masters) with a specialisation in this area.
• Ability to operate within a busy Team Environment, build relationships across business lines, strong communications skills.

U.S. Bank is seeking ato work on
Night Shiftat our Dublin Data Centre at City West.

The role includes planning and overseeing the implementation of Raised Floor hardware changes at night, Monday nights through to Thursday nights, four night shifts per week. Flexibility will be needed at times, when the rare switch to day shift for a week or two may become necessary.

Work to our SOPs to ensure standards have been met. Produces daily night-work reports in the morning, detailing progress made at night. Updates records of IT hardware to reflect environment changes.

Basic Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience, OR

• Technical or vocational certification

• At least 2 years experience within a total information technology (IT) environment.

• At least 2 years experience with installing, relocating, and maintaining computing hardware, such as monitors, small CPU's, and printers.
