What you'll be doing
  • Lead the design of complex, scalable Adaptive Planning solutions, ensuring data integrity and seamless information flow.
  • Lead the technical solutioning for all major FP&A initiatives, from initial discovery and design through to implementation and post-production support.
  • Take ownership of and provide hands-on, on-site support for urgent and business-critical production issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal business disruption. Lead a junior engineer with day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and model architecture, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and tool optimization for the FP&A and other business teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for business stakeholders, troubleshooting process and technical issues in a timely manner, with a focus on upholding best practices.
What we're looking for
  • Extensive Adaptive experience, including hands-on experience designing, building and maintaining Adaptive Planning models with a proven portfolio of successfully architected and delivered large-scale, high-impact Adaptive Planning projects.
  • Deep expertise in data modeling, system integration, and performance optimization within a sophisticated enterprise environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability with the ability to operate at a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to break down complex requirements and explain complex technical designs and trade-offs to diverse audiences
  • A strong desire to learn and be curious with new technologies, including opportunities with AI.

What you'll be doing
  • Own the post-sale client relationship, acting as the primary point of contact for agencies and brand advertisers running mobile programmatic campaigns across DSPs.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution—from onboarding to pacing—ensuring alignment with client KPIs and brand goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, surface insights, and provide proactive optimizations and strategic recommendations focused on upper- and mid-funnel outcomes (e.g. VCR, viewability, brand lift).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Product, and Finance teams to resolve technical issues, delivery discrepancies, and billing concerns, ensuring smooth execution and accurate invoicing.
  • Lead QBRs, reporting readouts, and client education sessions to communicate campaign impact, reinforce value, and support long-term account growth and retention.
  • Partner with third-party vendors and internal teams to pilot new measurement, targeting, or brand safety solutions, and participate in early testing of Unity alpha/beta products such as Audience Hub and other client-facing innovations.
What we're looking for
  • Expertise in programmatic brand advertising, with a focus on mobile-gaming.
  • Experience across multiple DSPs (TTD, DV360, ADSP, etc), as well as managing campaigns on behalf of clients ranging from smaller budgets to multi-million dollar activations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple stakeholders (sales, clients, product, ops, finance) and ensure timely campaign execution and reporting.
  • Ability to proactively identify and troubleshoot campaign delivery, pacing, or performance issues, and deliver clear, actionable solutions internally and externally. Skilled in building client-facing presentations and strategic reviews (e.g. QBRs), using data storytelling to communicate value and campaign impact on brand objectives.
  • Comfortable driving process improvements and workflow optimizations that increase internal efficiency and enhance the client experience.
You might also have
  • Experience with mobile brand safety and verification tools such as DoubleVerify, IAS, CM360, particularly within in-app environments.
  • Familiarity with ad operations tasks including mobile tagging, creative QA, troubleshooting delivery issues, and resolving impression or billing discrepancies
  • Experience managing monthly invoicing processes, credit checks, tracking and escalating past due invoices, submitting credit memos, and actualizing revenue at quarter-end using tools like Salesforce.

  • Vendor & Budget Management: Develop strong relationships with vendors (e.g., catering, janitorial), oversee vendor services and contracts (e.g., QBRs, RFP processes), and manage the approved office budget, ensuring timely payments to maintain uninterrupted services.
  • Facility & Event Oversight: Coordinate local onsite events, maintain office and pantry supplies, oversee repairs, facilities upkeep, and cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols in collaboration with landlords and key internal teams.
