Lead, coach and manage branch leaders to focus on their responsibilities: Sales and service performance planning; Identifying sales opportunities and achieving results on an individual and team level; Building branch teammate skill sets around sales effectiveness; Industry-leading service and transaction quality, Operational soundness and proper risk management.

Achieves area’s service & operations, sales, expense, and profit performance. Monitors area and branch effectiveness and progress towards service, sales, and other goals through financial and activity reports; Identifies gaps in performance and developing appropriate plans to improve performance when needed; Ensuring consistent execution of the Client Engagement Model.

Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs. Cross-trained to support sales and service activities as needed.

1. Provides a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, facilitating courteous conversation, conducting both complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs. Performs more complex transactions with assistance as necessary.
2. Educates clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to make banking easier and enhance their service experience.
3. Supports team by making client servicing calls, presenting client offers, identifying client needs or opportunities by fulfilling the need or referring the client to the appropriate branch team members or specialist.
4. Participates fully in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
5. Commits to advancing knowledge to better serve clients by completing applicable training classes and web-based learning.
6. Adheres to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. Stays informed of all changes in policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current guidelines.
7. Serves as point of contact for account maintenance, problem resolution, identifying solutions and services and referring the client to the appropriate teammate.
8. Float Universal Bankers will be assigned to a home branch but will be scheduled to support multiple branches within their designated coverage Area. Schedules will be provided in advance but may change based on staffing needs. Float teammates will receive direction from the Branch Leader of the location they are working in on any designated day/week.QUALIFICATIONS

1. Schedule in-person and virtually led training classes. This includes room reservations, setting up virtual meetings, sending meeting requests, ordering catering, and adding classes in LMS.
2. Communicate between participants, instructors, site contacts and, if needed, vendors to ensure all learning sessions are setup as required.
3. Craft logistics proposal for new learning programs while ensuring adherence to set standards and guidelines.
4. Oversee course enrollment and scheduling. Determine when offerings should be canceled or rescheduled and manage cancelation fee collection program to include GL processing.
5. Manage training facilities to include site set-up, break-down and inspections throughout the footprint.
