Senior member of team with highly evolved investment skills who can devise, implement and communicate effective investment strategies for complex, sophisticated Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) clients. A superior communicator and presenter who can build confidence in with the most demanding clients. Able to develop and maintain robust client relationships and cultivate constituents among client staff and board members. Responsibilities will be generally evenly divided between:

* Serving as an investment thought leader

* A high-level client service contact

* Demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities

Core Responsibilities will be focused, but not limited to servicing client and investor advisory solutions including:

* High capacity for independent critical thinking applied to developing differentiated investment solutions

* Very strong presentation and quantitative explanatory capabilities to develop an investment narrative

* Very highly developed intellectual framework to interact with internal and external partners in a manner that inspires confidence

May have broader practice-wide responsibilities as a thought leader in areas of investment topics and best communication practices, such as:

* Development of and contribution to practice team best thinking on investment strategies and communications approaches related to investment markets

* Cultivation of existing and new relationships to expand practice opportunities within geographic markets and participation in new business process and presentations
