Primary Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for current employees
• Proactively resolve pay discrepancies
• Maintain and update employee payroll data
• Timely response to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and concerns by phone, email or Cherwell tickets
• Safeguard and manage confidential information
• Research former employees pay and benefits claims
• Detect and process issues related to uncollected pay
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

Minimum requirements:

• High School diploma / GED (equivalent)
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations and customer service

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Self-starter with initiative and requiring limited supervision
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong customer service skills
• Oracle HCM Experience
