As a Product/Test Engineering Intern, you'll support the development and implementation of strategies that achieve profitability targets on assigned TI product lines through new product development, cost reduction, capacity expansion and yield enhancement projects.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Testing and troubleshooting issues
  • Developing production and characterization test specifications
  • Creating and managing product documentation
  • Providing product development support, which involves interfacing with design, test engineering, quality engineering, and other groups
  • Designing, debugging, and correlating test hardware and software
  • Designing interface and measurement circuits to make tester capabilities compatible with product definitions

You could work in one of the following roles based on degree:
  • Software Engineer
  • Mechanical Design Engineer
  • Product Engineer
  • Test Engineer
You'll have direct involvement in the entire lifecycle of the products in your assigned product portfolio, including product definition, qualification, manufacturing, cost optimization, and quality. In addition, you will have the chance to resolve customer quality and application issues, and facilitate cross-functional teams in problem solving activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA, or higher

  • Proficiency with bench level test equipment (i.e., DC power supplies, oscilloscopes, multi-meters).
  • Experience with LabView, Spoffire, MatLab, JAVA, C++, and/or other programming skills

When you join the IT Service organization, you will broaden your perspective and learn the IT organizations and cultures, and build a strong network and develop cross functional skills. You will gain exposure to the variety of IT roles by having meaningful assignments from the start, because nothing beats real-world experience.

Business analyst:

  • Perform functions on projects such as scope and requirement documentation, test case development, and user acceptance testing
  • Support the businesses' day-to-day activities and system usage / entitlement
  • Act as a liaison between the businesses and IT
  • Understand business processes and partnering on system and process changes

Application developer:

  • Support the design, construction and implementation phases of a system and or upgrade project
  • Apply skills to help solve problems for various business partners:
  • Equipment automation and overall factory management,
  • IC and software design engineers, and
  • Finance and Operations / Marketing / Supply Chain
  • Use web development, programming (C, C++, JAVA, PERL, HTML, SQL) and scripting skills in Unix or Windows environment and potentially using Oracle or similar database system in the backend.

Systems admin / Security admin / Network specialist / Mainframe specialist:

  • Administer client/server databases (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft) or support Enterprise UNIX environments (patch / version management)
  • Develop and execute security controls, defenses and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems.
  • Manage and maintain a large install base of computers running various operating system (ie. Unix, Oracle, SAP, Windows).
  • Plan, design and implement local and wide-area network solutions between multiple platforms and protocols (including IP and VOIP)
  • Mainframe system and application provisioning/support using JCL, TSO, ISPF and Assembly/COBOL programming languages

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field
  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
  • Basic understanding of web development, programming (C, C++, Java, Perl, Python, R, SQL) and scripting
  • Basic understanding of Networks, Operating systems (Windows, Unix) and Databases

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills

Our customers are at the core of everything we do, and our Product Marketing Engineering Interns are a key participant in this engagement. In this role, you will use your technical background to identify ways to grow, attract and engage customers with broad and targeted promotions. You will develop an in-depth knowledge of analog and digital markets, applications, and customers while promoting TI's wide product portfolio. You will work with the sales force and internal TI teams to increase design wins and net revenue for your assigned products.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting market studies for the products you are supporting
  • Providing product training for the sales channels
  • Analyzing revenue associated with key parts within your products groups.
  • Providing forecast information by product family
  • Conducting analysis of the web presence for your products to enable customers better interface with TI
  • Participating in new product launch activities and ensuring customers and the worldwide sales force are aware of new product introductions for the products assigned
  • Working closely with development and business teams to evaluate product development strategies and market development needs

Minimum Requirements:

· Working closely with the business unit to maintain a thorough understanding of business trends, product and market strategies, areas of focus and growth, competition and other pricing-related data to ensure effective price settings that will grow revenue and profit.

· Closely aligning with the regional pricing execution teams and use available data and analytics to: identify trends, form opinions, make judgments and implement adjustments that positively impact pricing results.

· Development of new tools or refinement of existing tools to aid in the analysis of our current pricing and ability to recommend price changes.

Minimum requirements:

In this role, you'll work on important projects across a variety of business and functional areas. This provides the unique opportunity to see the breadth of things you can do in HR—all in one summer. Some of these areas and responsibilities include:

  • Business HR Generalist: Align HR strategies to support business goals and objectives by working closely with the business group to assess HR needs, then develop and implement innovative solutions that drive organizational and operational excellence.
  • Compensation: Design and deliver competitive compensation programs for TI employees worldwide. Projects often include analyzing TI's market competitiveness, developing communication strategies to help managers make smart decisions, etc.
  • Ethics and Employee Relations: Help TI maintain its high ethical standards, commitment to social responsibility and strong employee relations. Projects typically focus on the development and support of key training modules, along with understanding and improving key processes and audits.

Job Description

This is a summer Internship program for graduates from Oct, 2025 to Nov. 2026. Interview progress will start from the week of 10th, Mar.


As a Product/Test Engineering Intern, you'll support the development and implementation of strategies that achieve profitability targets on assigned TI product lines through new product development, cost reduction, capacity expansion and yield enhancement projects.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Testing and troubleshooting issues
  • Developing production and characterization test specifications
  • Creating and managing product documentation
  • Providing product development support, which involves interfacing with design, test engineering, quality engineering, and other groups
  • Designing, debugging, and correlating test hardware and software
  • Designing interface and measurement circuits to make tester capabilities compatible with product definitions

You could work in one of the following roles based on degree:
  • Software Engineer
  • Mechanical Design Engineer
  • Product Engineer
  • Test Engineer
You'll have direct involvement in the entire lifecycle of the products in your assigned product portfolio, including product definition, qualification, manufacturing, cost optimization, and quality. In addition, you will have the chance to resolve customer quality and application issues, and facilitate cross-functional teams in problem solving activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA, or higher

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
  • Coursework providing knowledge and background in semiconductor processing, process control methodology and/or device failure analysis.
  • Proficiency with bench level test equipment (i.e., DC power supplies, oscilloscopes, multi-meters).
  • Experience with LabView, Spoffire, MatLab, JAVA, C++, and/or other programming skills
