The Senior Market Supply Chain Planner reports to the Director of Market Supply Chain and acts as the Primary liaison between Teva Global Operations (TGO) Global Supply Network & US Commercial organizations. As the Senior Market Supply Chain Planner, you will lead the supply chain operations for a designated set of products and/or sites, ensuring optimal product availability, efficient inventory management, and alignment with commercial strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally with site planning functions, logistics, sales, and other teams to drive service excellence and cost efficiency.
· Support the market supply chain planning process for an assigned portfolio of plants and/or products,
· Actively participate in Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process to ensure supply plans are developed, communicated, and executed in support of the customer priorities
· Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Demand & Market Planning, providing key metrics, risks & opportunities, capacity utilization, escalations, and key decisions required
· Accountable for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Forecast Accuracy, Customer Delivery, Inventory, and Backorder. Determine root causes when KPIs are out of expected normal ranges and develop and implement corrective measures
· Partner with Commercial/Product Operations team to assess lead times and product availability for new business opportunities and bids & tenders
· Provide insight and visibility to capacity (RCCP) across the portfolio of manufacturing/packaging sites, highlighting supply opportunities and risks
· Support & implement global inventory policies, replenishment strategies and master data maintenance processes
· Manage inventory levels to balance service, cost, and working capital targets. Set safety stock level targets are ensuring they are achieved across the assigned portfolio
· Regularly review Master Production Schedule to ensure Supply Network Planning elements are Timely, Accurate, and Relevant
· Facilitate weekly supply huddles with site stakeholders. Identify root causes of service failures, ensure short term balance of supply and demand, and alignment with Commercial peers
· Follows Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures

The Senior Manager, Statistical Programming, provides comprehensive programming leadership for programming deliverables within a product/program. This role is responsible for managing the timely and accurate execution of programming components of clinical trials and supports the development, regulatory approval and market acceptance of Teva Products.
The Senior Manager leads and manages projects that involve global tasks, cross functional teams, or outsourcing resources. The role requires providing inputs to design and analysis, and reporting the results of clinical trials, including programming rules and mocked T/L/G. In addition, the Senior Manager of statistical programming supports improvement initiatives, support change management through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement, and proactively address risks with remediation strategies.
