Description:

We are looking for a Supply Specialist, Third Party Logistics to serve as the primary contact for our third-party logistics provider. You will ensure seamless logistics, warehouse management, and interface processes while fostering strong collaboration between Teva and the warehouse. Additionally, you will manage the distribution of common Nordic packs and oversee a select product portfolio, proactively addressing supply chain challenges such as excess stock, out-of-stocks, production issues, release, and transportation.

How you’ll spend your day
  • Ensure smooth operations and resolve discrepancies between Teva’s ERP and the warehouse ERP.
  • Investigate and reconcile stock differences and manage incoming shipments with our 3PL provider.
  • Maintain accurate master data in alignment with warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to meet monthly financial deadlines.
  • Create credit notes and manage product returns efficiently.
  • Organize and process product scrapping once approval is received.
  • Coordinate narcotic licenses for export shipments and oversee purchase orders.
  • Ensure seamless monthly replenishment and shipment coordination for common Nordic packs (CNP).
  • Directly communicate with production sites and planners for supply chain execution.
  • Support and prepare relevant KPIs for monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
  • Monitor and manage product launches, transfers, and switches in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with commercial functions and third-party logistics providers to mitigate out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
  • Organize sample shipments and conduct monthly follow-ups on auto provision in SAP.
  • Track and follow up on key supply chain KPIs, including Customer Service Level (OTIF), Forecast Accuracy, and OOS rates.
  • Provide ad-hoc supply chain support and serve as a backup for other supply specialists when needed.
  • Ensure cross-functional and cross-country collaboration to optimize supply chain processes.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Education related to Logistics/Supply Chain preferred.
  • Work Experience within Supply Chain and within the Pharma industry preferred.
  • MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP (preferably SAP Enterprise)
  • A Good understanding of Supply Chain and preferably also Pharma related Supply Chain
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in managing and integrating various systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Efficient management of tasks and resources.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to handle unexpected changes and challenges
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of system integration tools and software – like to work with Systems and solve problems
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Patience: Calm and composed demeanor, especially in stressful situations.
  • A Solid team player and capable of working independently and cross-country
  • A high level of spoken and written local language as well as English

Responsibilities

• Analyze the market to understand and develop detailed, adopted regional business plans based upon market situation and customer needs.
• Proactive planning, implementation and follow up of regional business plans. Identify focus areas, key stakeholders and relevant activities.
• Map and continuously update target customers & decision-making units
• Accountable for regional/local clinic meetings and other events/evening meetings.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets and costs budgets per assigned regions & projects
• Lead continuous cross-functional district meetings to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective implementation of business plans.


• A relevant university degree e.g. within medicine, pharmacy or business administration, long experience in the pharmaceutical business can compensate the degree.
• Authorization (by LMI) to inform about medicinal products
• Prior experience from the pharmaceutical market in sales/marketing or others (+ 5 years)
• Track record in the therapeutic area of CNS is an advantage for the position.Competences and skills


• Fluency in both Norwegian and English
• Customer oriented attitude
• State of the art in relationship building
• Good understanding of the Norwegian health care system
• Ability to prioritize between work tasks by proactive manage time scheduling
